• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product price excluding original shipping fees.

• If the item is damaged upon return or not in its original condition, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence.

• In certain cases, if damage is confirmed and we accept responsibility, a refund will be issued without requiring the item to be returned.
